• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products

• Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received:

• Our quality team will inspect the product

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

• If the return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
